Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
You have a window of 12 hours from the time of placing your order to cancel it. Please contact us at info@Craftcurve.in within this timeframe to initiate the cancellation process. However, if your order has already been shipped or booked for shipping within this 12-hour window, we won’t be able to cancel it.
For refund requests made within the 12-hour cancellation period, a 10% fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
Important Note: Please note that customized products cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
Replacement/Exchange Policy:
We offer replacements/exchange only for items that are received in damaged or defective condition. If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at info@Craftcurve.in or +91 8505019999. Kindly share clear photographs of the damaged item to help us verify and process your request.
Once your replacement/Exchange request is approved, we will arrange for a new product to be delivered to you. Please allow up to 30 days for the replacement to be dispatched, depending on the product's availability and location. The replacement would be delivered within 7-10 days after dispatching it from our warehouse.
Please note:
Replacements are not provided for issues arising from customer mishandling, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with design or finish.
Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for replacement.
Return Policy:
We accept returns only in the case of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by calling us at +91 8505019999 or emailing us at info@Craftcurve.in. Kindly provide photographic evidence of the damage via email to facilitate the return process.
Once we receive the damaged product, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund. However, please be aware that refunds will only be processed after we receive your email consent. Processing of the refund will take around 2-3 business days and the refund would be credited in your account within next 1-2 business days .
Please be informed that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as the product not meeting your expectations or a change of mind about the purchase.
Additionally, returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted in the following scenarios:
- Incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer
- Non-availability of the recipient at the specified address/premises
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Delivery made to a person or location specified by the customer other than themselves
- Force majeure events
- Tampering with the product by the customer
